Counting My Lucky Stars Tonight

I used to listen to country music back in the '70s, until I switched to Top 40 in the '80s. So I guess it's not that unusual that I'd be drawn in by not one, but two songs of that genre I heard on Cold Case tonight.

Tim McGraw had most of the billing on the show and I was struck by the lyrics at the end of his I Got Friends That Do, but another song that caught my ears was Larry Bagby's Counting My Lucky Stars Tonight. I bought both it and Tim's Greatest Hits Vol. 2. Give Larry a try -- you may like him, too!
